When my Child doesn’t want to cut His / Her Hair:

 

• Should you have an appointment, and your child does not want to start or complete their service. A full payment for that service will be charged.

**Cancellation Policy: We require 2hrs cancellation notice for all Cut & Styling services & 48hrs cancellation notice for Birthday Party booking to avoid a 100% service charge. Thank you for your consideration of our policy and your stylist's time. We conveniently provide an Email and SMS in advance for appointment confirmations and reminder.

 

 

**Stornierungen: Wir haben eine Stornierungsfrist von 2 Stunden für alle Schnitte und Stylings und eine Stornierungsfrist von 2 Tagen (48h) für die Buchung von Geburtstagsfeiern. Danach fällt eine Servicegebühr von 100% an. Vielen Dank, dass Sie Verständnis für unsere Regelung haben und die Zeit unserer Stylisten schätzen.
